Portable line boring systems rely on rigidity for repetition and surface finish. To achieve this, the LR-200 uses precision bearings, close tolerance bars and a zero backlash drive train. The modular design means that the LR-200 is smaller and lighter than other systems and can be easily mounted in restricted spaces.

1.75" and 2.0" boring bars come standard with 1/2" sqaure tool holes every 6".
1.25" boring bars come standard with 10mm square tool holes every 6".

This is the LR200 with a 7.5kw three phase hydraulic power unit.
The unit features a larger electric motor and internal pump. It also has an electronic speed control on the pendant.

Hydraulic Power packs are available as the following.
2.2kw 240 volt.
4.0kw 380-415 volt.
Above systems have a mechanical speed/ flow control vavle.
7.5kw 380-415 volt.
This system has full speed/ flow control at pendant.
